Key Responsibilities:

We seek an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, and engaging with audiences. The Social Media Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support overall marketing objectives.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the brands presence remains current and relevant.
• Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Collaborate with the content team to develop visually appealing and compelling multimedia content.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.

Skills Required:

• Bachelors and Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
