Social Media Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with GSPANNs goals and objectives
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure coherence and effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee GSPANNs social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others that may be deemed relevant.
- Create and curate content that resonates with our target audience, highlighting GSPANNs solutions, success stories, and industry insights to foster engagement and drive brand awareness.
- Implement social media marketing campaigns that effectively promote GSPANN as a brand, its services, and generate qualified business leads
- Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact
- Engage with the community on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, thereby fostering a positive community around the brand.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create and leverage content that supports lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Inculcate social media listening to better understand current market trends and conversations around GSPANN
- Use new-age tools like GenAI to increase the impact of social media updates
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to leverage new technologies and approaches to improve our social media efforts.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media initiatives against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry developments, the competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment that could impact social media strategies, adapting plans accordingly to maintain effectiveness.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Over four years of experience managing social media platforms and implementing optimization and engagement techniques
- Experience of working for B2B IT services company will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven and demonstrable success in creating winning content strategy and engaging content.
- Ability to analyze social media trends and data
- Good understanding of social media analytics tools
