We are seeking an adept and skilled Copywriter with a flair for creative thinking. As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and engaging content that drives results for our clients. The expectation is to be able to think of ideas, crack campaign thoughts and work on copy/content across platforms and asset types.
You will work closely with our design, digital, and brand teams to develop innovative and effective content solutions and thus an open mind with collaborative nature is key.
Requirements:
1. 3 to 6 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, social media content, video scripting, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing firm
2. Portfolio that showcasing your body of work
3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
4. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
6. Bachelor's / Masters Degree in English, Communications, Mass Media or related field
7. Exposure and interest in areas other than the written word such as design thinking, brand understanding, video & visualization to aid the process of ideation.
Responsibilities
1. Conceptualize and write high-quality content: Develop innovative and engaging content solutions for business as usual and campaign content, including social media posts, EDMs, print ads, films & video, and more.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with designers, art directors, strategists, architects and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective content solutions.
3. Participate in brainstorming sessions: Contribute to idea generation and concept development for new campaigns and projects.
4. Develop and maintain brand voice and project tonality: Create and maintain consistent brand voice and tones across various channels and campaigns. Conduct research and gather insights on industry, audiences, and trends to bolster your writing and ensure that your content resonates with the targeted regions/markets.
5. Stay up to date with real estate industry trends: Continuously educate yourself on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
6. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects: Prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
7. Edit and proofread content: Review and refine your own work, as well as the work of others, to ensure error-free content.
