Regional Credit Controller

• Circulate Debtors report to branches/leadership team on daily basis along with collections reports
• Manage Collections for South Region
• Manage Branch credit controllers
• Daily tracking of collections, accounts hygiene
• Manage accounts receivable
• Daily review with Branch credit controllers on Target/Collections
• Roll out Regional Targets on monthly basis and to achieve them
• Monitor on bill submission on regular basis
• Monitor on collections accounting and circulate report on daily basis
• Visit to Top Customers at all branches on periodic basis
• Weekly review on Debits/Damages/Resolution with Pan India Credit control team Dispute Management ability.
• To escalate Debits/Damages to Leadership team on monthly basis
• Regular escalation to vertical heads on dispute/damage/issues raised by customers
