targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Identify and connect with prospective IT clients to understand their needs and
deliver tailored solutions.
• Market Expansion: Utilize industry insights to enhance market presence and capture new business
opportunities.
• Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation through to deal closure,
ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
• Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and
repeat business.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about technology trends and competitor activities to effectively
position our offerings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery and client
support.
• Reporting and Strategy: Monitor sales performance and contribute to the development of effective
sales strategies.
• Representation: Represent the company at industry events, showcasing our solutions and networking
with potential clients.
• Travel: Be willing to travel as needed for client meetings and field engagements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 0-5+ years of experience in IT solution sales, with a focus on value-added reselling.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
