We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for various IT positions, be familiar with the US job market, and have a proven track record of successfully filling positions within a given timeframe.

Experience: 1.5+ years

• Strong knowledge of US job market and hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with HR and employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
