Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills:

• Profound ability to design comprehensive software solutions with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

• Expertise in OOPS concepts and experience developing scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Strong command over backend languages and a solid understanding of frontend technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of PHP and experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symphony, and Zend.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Node.js and front-end frameworks, particularly React.js.

• Familiarity with web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.

• Excellent knowledge of database management and experience with MongoDB, SQL, and MySQL.

Leadership Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring freshers, with a commitment to fostering a learning environment.

• Proven track record of leading by example, encouraging the team to follow best practices in software design and development.

Educational Qualifications:

• A bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or equivalent from a recognized Indian university.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in application development, with at least 3 years of focused PHP programming.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions while overseeing the technical aspects of the projects.

• Train and mentor junior developers, guiding them through complex project requirements and encouraging their professional growth.

• Implement and advocate for best practices in software design and coding standards within the team.
