Role description:
1. Individual has to achieve 80% of his Quota Target (Quarterly) from his own generated leads rest 20% he has to achieve with the Account Managers of the region.
2. Individual has to meet the OEMS representative every week at their office and try to bring in leads from the existing account and information has to be passed on to Account manager for better engagement and coordination to close the Order with Sonata.
3. Individual has to coordinate the sales training with OEM representatives from the region for self and Account managers in that region.
4. Individual has to make 13-15 end customer calls 4 OEMS call every week.
5. Individual has to ensure that he has to bring in 4-5 leads every week and to maintain a good pipeline and funnel.
6. Individual has to share the weekly report every week to business team in HO.
