Subject Matter Expert

Subject Matter Expert (SME): PhD or PhD in Process (Business Management/ Accounting)

We are seeking highly qualified and detail-oriented Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with research experience, either currently pursuing or having completed a PhD, to do freelance work for our team. The SME will be responsible for evaluating and reviewing answers to ensure accuracy (from a technical perspective), comprehensiveness, clarity, and grammatical correctness per project guidelines. This role is critical in maintaining the quality and integrity of the project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Evaluation: Review and assess answers for accuracy, ensuring that the content is factually correct and aligns with the latest research and industry standards.
Comprehensiveness: Evaluate the completeness of answers, ensuring that all aspects of the question are addressed thoroughly and appropriately.
Grammar and Clarity: Review answers for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and readability.
Quality Assurance: Participate in regular quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of content delivery.
Ad hoc Tasks: Complete any ad hoc tasks assigned as part of content evaluation.

Qualifications:
Research experience with a strong understanding of the domain.
Good command of the English language.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the accuracy and comprehensiveness of information.
Ability to learn quickly, give/take constructive feedback and work collaboratively with a team.

Experience with writing research publications

Ability to work under tight deadlines with the required focus
