Present opportunities to marketing teams support new customer acquisition
Ensure partners uphold a high standard and adhere to advertising guidelines, and maintain positive representation of all Greene King (brands formats) deals, offers and Ts and Cs
Utilise full Greene King insight suite to measure impact of partnerships on customer metrics (new customer acquisition, frequency, transaction), market share and internal performance metrics
Work with Analyst teams in Pricing, Digital Division to understand specific KPIs (such as Return on Investment, Conversion Rates) and share with key stakeholders in an engaging and concise way
Collaborate with Digital including Loyalty team to plan role of external partnerships alongside development of Greene King Loyalty programme and ensure complementary approach
