We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop low fidelity, high fidelity mock ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product functions and looks like
Create original designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. user flows, fall outs, reasons of churn)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Requirements
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, etc
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
