As an Associate Product Designer, you will play a key role in contributing to the user experience design process. Youll collaborate closely with senior Product designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop intuitive and user-centered designs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to grow and refine their skills while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Projects: Contribute to the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that designs are consistent, user-friendly, and meet the needs of the business and users.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with senior designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate product goals into effective design solutions.
• User-Centered Design: Participate in user research, testing, and feedback sessions to help inform design decisions and maintain a focus on the end user.
• Prototyping: Assist in creating interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
• Design Systems: Support the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Continuously learn about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design skills and processes.

Expectations:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• AI Awareness: Interest in AI advancements, particularly in reference to new GenAI products and services.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects across web and mobile applications.
• Skills: Experience in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Framer, or similar is a plus.
• User Research: Basic experience conducting user research, and gathering user insights to support design decisions.
• Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Problem Solving: Good problem-solving abilities with a focus on creating both short-term and long-term design solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and pixel-perfect design execution.

Good to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Basic understanding of motion design and animation.
• Familiarity with User Research methodologies.
• A background in Design (Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or Anthropology) is a plus.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience working as a Product Designer with strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detailing
