Business Analyst (6-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with expertise in Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging Python-based projects to deliver actionable insights and process improvements. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business requirements for Python-driven projects.

- Analyze and understand existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Python Project Execution :

- Develop Python scripts for data analysis, reporting, and automation to support business objectives.

- Assist in the design and implementation of Python-based tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Data Analysis & Visualization :

- Work with large datasets to generate actionable insights using Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.

- Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python frameworks like Plotly/Dash.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.

- Present findings, recommendations, and project progress to key stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.

Process Improvement & Automation :

- Identify and automate repetitive business processes using Python to enhance operational efficiency.

- Implement machine learning models or predictive analytics (if applicable) to drive data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis, automation, and scripting.

- Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.

- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing databases.

Analytical & Problem-Solving :

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

- Experience in process mapping and identifying business pain points.

- Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Tools & Platforms : Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello), visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Python-based frameworks for reporting.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in working with machine learning models or predictive analytics is a plus.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
