Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing our cloud infrastructure, implementing automation, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities :

Cloud Infrastructure Management :

- Design, implement, and manage AWS environments

- Optimize AWS resource usage for cost-effectiveness and performance

- Implement multitier architectures including load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers and databases

Automation And CI/CD :

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software integration and deployment.

- Identify opportunities for automation and develop tools to improve system efficiency

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudForma1on

Containerization And Orchestration :

- Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments (EKS or other orchestration platforms)

- Work with container technologies like Docker

Monitoring And Logging :

- Set up and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch)

- Establish alerting systems and respond to incidents promptly

Security And Compliance :

- Ensure security best practices are followed in the AWS environment

- Implement and manage security tools (e.g., AWS GuardDuty, Dome9, Qualys)

- Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediate findings

Collaboration And Knowledge Sharing :

- Work closely with development teams to implement DevOps best practices

- Provide training and documentation to enhance team knowledge

- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

Requirement/Experience :

- 6-8+ years of experience in software development or systems administration

- 3-4 years of hands-on DevOps experience

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture

- Strong experience with Kubernetes and container technologies

- Expertise in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and scripting

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

- Strong Linux/Unix systems administration skills.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, Prometheus and Grafana.

- Experience with database systems and messaging queues.
