Location: Remote Work from Home in India

Minimum Experience: 6+ years

Shift Timings: 12 pm - 9:30 pm (Summer), 1 pm - 10:30 pm (Winter)

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead and actively contribute to hands-on development within a Scrum-based development team, ensuring delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions
• Manage and mentor developers (line management, goal setting, performance reviews, and PDPs) to support their professional development and the growth of the team
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable architectures that balance monolithic and microservices approaches
