International Sales Executive

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Sales Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding English communication skills, with a preference

for those with a foreign accent, and a proven track record in BPO sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Execution: Drive sales growth by actively engaging with international clients

and prospects to promote our services.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance

metrics.

• Communication: Deliver clear and compelling sales pitches and presentations to

clients.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and

competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to

the management team.

Requirements :

• Any Bachelors degree.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO sales role. Freshers are welcome to

apply

• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written with an

advantage for candidates possessing a foreign accent. Willingness to make effective

cold calls and generate leads.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
