Job Description


Seeking a dynamic individual to drive business growth in the electronic security domain specifically in solutions selling. You will cultivate new opportunities, lead sales efforts, and provide strategic consulting guidance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with company goals.
Research market trends and maintain client pipeline.
Collaborate with teams to tailor solutions and close deals efficiently.
Sales Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Develop, appoint and nurture channel for Smart-i products and solutions.
Set clear KPIs and metrics for tracking progress.
Work with marketing to create compelling sales materials.
Consulting Services:
Provide strategic guidance and custom solutions to clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, driving innovation in Smarti offerings.
Effective Communication:
Ensure alignment with stakeholders and articulate value proposition.
Listen to client feedback and foster open communication within teams.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required, MBA preferred.
Experience in B2B sales compulsory.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, power point presentation and sales tools with knowledge of Excel.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
