Job Description
L T Finance LTD is looking for COLLECTIONS OFFICER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Manage and oversee the collection of outstanding debts from customers while maintaining a positive relationship
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, or in-person meetings to negotiate payment plans or resolve disputes
- Monitor and update records of overdue accounts, payment schedules, and collection activities in the database
- Conduct thorough investigations into customer account histories to validate claims and ensure accurate billing
- Coordinate with internal departments to address discrepancies and streamline the debt recovery process
- Prepare detailed reports on collections progress, account statuses, and escalated cases for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards during the collection process
- Provide guidance to customers about payment options and terms to facilitate timely settlements
- Escalate unresolved or complex cases to higher management or legal teams for further action
