Job Description
L T Finance LTD is looking for AREA COLLECTION MANAGER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts and bad debts
- Supervise and lead the collections team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor daily collection activities to ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and legal standards
- Analyze customer accounts and payment histories to identify trends, high-risk clients, and improvement opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to resolve disputes and negotiate payment terms
- Create detailed reports on collection performance, outstanding accounts, and team achievements for senior management
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, legal, and finance, to streamline collection processes and address discrepancies
- Implement technology solutions to improve tracking, reporting, and overall efficiency of the collection process
- Set realistic collection targets and ensure the team achieves or exceeds these objectives within deadlines
