Technical

• PowerShell - Proven background in developing multi-line scripts that go beyond simple maintenance.
• Power Apps - Able to demonstrate an application that met a business need and required some amount of scripting
• Power Automate - Helpful to have examples of using Power Apps and Power Automate together
• JavaScript/JSOM - Ability to discuss how JavaScript can be used in SharePoint Online
• SharePoint Framework development experience
• Power BI knowledge and expertise

Customer Care and Design

• Working with business units to assess needs and offer solutions
• Ability to design applications that meet the needs of the business unit
• Ability to develop applications using best practices while also being user-friendly
• Superb communication skills

Other Job responsibilities:

• Complete technical work orders; resolve incident tickets; install problem corrections to prevent reoccurrence; apply corrective code patches; monitor and tune system components to meet performance, availability, security, continuity, retention, and related requirements.
• Maintain consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and continuity requirements.
• Provide 24 hour on call support for infrastructure to support business service levels.
