Accounts Manager/Accounts Executive

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with local and state regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Process payroll and ensure tax compliance.
• Conduct audits and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors when necessary.
• Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or potential risks.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
