1. Position Summary & Scope

The purpose of this role is creation and execution of Intellectual properties &collaborative content to provide integrated/experiential solutions for brands across print, digital, social and on ground. With a content first approach, the position will be responsible to drive monetisation through new age media and content innovations

2. Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)

- Identify consumer trends and build relevant, new age, platform agnostic, content driven Ips and brand solutions.

- Design and leverage relevant content across platforms that include print, digital and path breaking on ground initiatives.

- Structure these platforms to grow multiple revenue streams over a period of time

- Rapidly build consumer participation by growing Offline & Online communities and enabling consistent long term engagement

- Strong revenue orientation with ability to execute and implement

- Work with brands to carve out customized partnership opportunities basis the brief

- Gain revenue across Sponsorship, Brand Solutions and Media spends across platforms

- Enable revenues through IP Execution

- Internal and External Stakeholder management
