Role : DCM HIT Trainee: Minimum 1 year of experience

Job description DCM HIT Trainee:

• Conduct DC to DR drills as per customer requirements.
• Verify customer backup and security at least once a month.
• Ensure 24/7 uptime with 100% SLA achievement.
• Manage work schedules and review processes.
• Plan for 24/7 support operations.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely escalation to the L2 team if TAT is exceeded.
• Analyze firmware updates and explain version benefits to customers.
• Perform health checks as per customer schedules.
• Maintain 100% customer satisfaction with periodic feedback collection.
