Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Manager to lead and manage healthcare operations, ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations, and optimize service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the US healthcare system, and a proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and service delivery.

• Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control initiatives.
• Oversee revenue cycle management, including billing, coding, and collections.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce operational costs.
5. Data-Driven Decision-Making:
   
• Analyze healthcare data and KPIs to assess performance and identify trends.
• Develop strategies based on data insights to enhance patient care and operational outcomes.
6. Client and Provider Relations:
   
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Address and resolve client or provider concerns promptly.

• Ensure effective use of EHR/EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and other healthcare technologies.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and implement solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

• 710 years of experience in the US healthcare sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
