Job Description
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Develop and implement UEM solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and security standards.
- Design and configure UEM platforms (MECM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot) to manage devices, applications, and content.
- Device Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of devices, from provisioning to retirement.
- Automate device enrollment, configuration, and patch management.
- Ensure seamless user experiences during device transitions.
- Application Management:
- Deploy and manage applications across different platforms (Windows, mobile)
- Optimize application delivery and license management.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues.
- User Experience Enhancement:
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and pain points.
- Implement self-service portals and personalized experiences.
- Continuously improve user satisfaction with UEM services.
- Infrastructure Optimization:
- Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and network components for UEM.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of UEM infrastructure.
- Proven experience as a UEM Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of UEM platforms (SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows etc).
- Familiarity with security protocols, encryption, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in UEM tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation.
- Cloud integration experience (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Soft Skills:
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Project management and organizational abilities
