Job Description
- Journal Entries in Tally
- Record financial transactions according to accounting policies and procedures.
- Reports such as Balance sheet, profit & loss statement, Trial balance, Cash flow statement, Stock reports
- Preparation of bank reconciliation on a daily and monthly wise, reconciliation of accounts payable/ receivable on monthly wise for finalization of accounts.
- Preparation of asset schedule, computation, and finalization of depreciation on assets for monthly and annual accounts.
- Reconciliation of creditors & Debtors ledgers and follow up with clients for the outstanding receipts.
- Preparation and filing of GST return on monthly basis & ensure timely monthly payment of taxes.
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval for processing the payments after appropriate statutory deductions.
- daily funds positions & reporting to Finance Head.
- Banking operations including issuance of cheque.
- Consolidation of sales and reporting the outstanding payments to Top Management and collection team on regular basis.
- Monitoring each project s expenses and verification of inventory.
- Handling Audit queries of external Auditors.
- Dealing Income Tax matters i.e., Filing of annual tax returns, following refunds with IT officials
Skills:
- Bachelors degree in commerce/Finance/Accounting
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in managing accounts in Interior firm.
- Should have sales, marketing, communication, customer service, technical, leadership, and analytical skills.
