Product Manager

Job Context:

- Creating discovery pages for various products in Pre-Login section of website

- Stitching Pre-Login discovery with online purchase and service journeys available in Post-Login website

- Ensuring web vitals are at optimum levels with help of Analytics and CRO tools

- Continuously analyze and benchmark competition website and incorporate any learnings proactively

- Monitor and drive agreed website metrics like traffic, conversion, bounce rate, Average Time Spent and more.

- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for the introduction of new features and the enhancement of existing ones, prioritizing based on user impact and business goals.

- Collaborate across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, finance, legal, compliance and risk teams to ensure seamless development and deployment.

- Secure buy-in from all relevant stakeholders, including senior management, demonstrating the value and potential of proposed features and strategies.

- Assess and select partners and vendors for the development of new features, managing the onboarding process to ensure alignment with our standards and goals.

- Oversee projects from conception to go-live, employing agile methodologies to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of features post-launch, gathering insights to inform future developments and adjustments.

- Engage with potential and existing customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and evaluate the effectiveness of our solutions in addressing their financial needs.
