Job Summary:

The Product Manager in Agri Business will be responsible for driving the development, management, and marketing of agricultural products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of agricultural markets, customer needs, and product lifecycle management. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:

- Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with company objectives.

- Define the product roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.

- Prioritize features and product enhancements based on market needs and ROI.

2. Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in the agri-business sector.

- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for new product development or improvements to existing products.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product development and improve user experience.

3. Product Development:

- Work closely with R&D, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.

- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring they align with customer needs and market trends.

- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including overseeing testing, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

4. Sales & Marketing Support:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.

- Provide sales teams with product training, marketing materials, and support to drive product adoption.

- Monitor product performance and work with sales teams to adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
