AVP Taxation & Audit

Reporting to: Director Finance

Location: Head Office, Mumbai

Span: Will have a team reporting in

KRA:

- Manage and oversee all direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, Income Tax, and TDS filings.

- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities in alignment with business goals.

- Liaise with tax authorities and handle assessments, appeals, and litigations.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes in taxation and provide timely insights to ensure compliance.

- Lead statutory audit process end to end. Ensure high governance standards
