Senior Analyst - Equity Transactions (10-15 yrs)

About Us:

Ours is a new venture into Clean Hydrogen Energy domain being set up under a group of companies which are well established and renowned brands in the renewable energy space driving wind & solar projects.

The Leaders within our organization are highly passionate about climate change, the outcome of which is the group's expansion into clean energy space. Under the clean energy platform, the focus shall be to invest in, partner with and nurture/grow revolutionary new technology such as Clean Hydrogen and its derivative product universe, our focus is to build a portfolio of various clean energy-based and low carbon energy projects.

We have started off our journey with focus on Clean Hydrogen production and are evaluating various market entry pathways such as biomass/ landfill materials to hydrogen, electrolysis etc.

About the Role:

The incumbant would be expected to support the leadership with raising equity finance and perform the following:

- Assist with the preparation of pitchbooks and financial models for the firm's current and prospective Investors.

- Review financial information as well as market trends, supporting firm's business development strategies for target sectors / Investors.

- Capital structuring and raising Equity funds for the organization.

- Researching and approaching the shortlisted targets through multiple channels.

- Create and implement financial models to review deals and determine profitability.

- Integrate strategy ideas derived from various analysis, forecasts, business plans, and research into presentations for various stakeholders.

- Perform financial and valuation analysis using both industry standard and proprietary models.

- Assist in preparing legal and financial documents related to the transactions.

- Work with key partners in all business lines to assist with data management including but not limited to security reference, credit data, investor data, portfolio setup and pricing data.

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Must Haves:

- 10 to 15 years of work experience with exposure to raising equity capital right from planning to closure is a must

- Must be an MBA(Finance) / CFA / CA by qualification

- Fluency and frameworks, risk assessments, and incident response

- Sound decision making and problem-solving skills and strict attention to details

- Skilled with creating and delivering presentations and creating infographics and dashboards
