Key Responsibilities :

- AI/ML Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models to solve

complex problems.

- Reinforcement Learning: Apply reinforcement learning techniques to train agents to make optimal decisions in dynamic environments.

- Decision-Making Algorithms : Develop and implement efficient decision-making algorithms to optimize outcomes.

- Simulation and Modeling : Utilize simulation platforms like AnyLogic, GAMA, or NetLogo to create and analyze agent-based models.

- Cloud Deployment : Deploy and manage AI/ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure scalability and reliability.

- Problem-Solving : Apply innovative problem-solving techniques to address complex challenges using AI and machine learning.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver impactful solutions.

- Communication : Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-

technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.

- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

- Deep understanding of reinforcement learning, decision-making algorithms, and optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with simulation platforms like AnyLogic, GAMA, or NetLogo.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

- Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).

- Experience with MLOps and DevOps practices.
