Job Summary: The Onfoot Marketing Agent will be responsible for promoting Siya Diagnostics International's products and services in key areas within local communities. This role involves engaging with potential clients directly, increasing brand awareness, and driving product sales in person. Key Responsibilities: • Field Marketing & Brand Promotion: Promote Siya Diagnostics products and services through direct engagement with the community and local businesses. • Customer Engagement: Act as a representative of Siya Diagnostics, providing information and answering questions about diagnostic products and services. • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and gather contact information to pass on to the sales team for follow-up. • Market Research: Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and contribute to the development of new marketing strategies. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and promote the companys vision. • Sales Support: Assist with on-the-ground product demonstrations, promotions, and educational events to drive sales. • Reporting: Provide regular updates on customer interactions, leads, and overall success metrics.
Key Qualifications: • Experience: Prior experience in field marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, able to effectively explain complex concepts in simple terms. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and build lasting relationships. • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks. • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with mobile marketing tools and basic reporting software.
Education: • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
