Essential Job Functions:

• Build, edit, and proofread internal communications, including emails, newsletters, and announcements to ensure quality, accuracy, clarity and adherence to brand voice and messaging guidelines before publication or distribution.
• Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and standards across all internal communications and maintain a high level of grammatical accuracy.
• Manage the scheduling and distribution of internal communications through our email platform to ensure efficient content delivery and maximize engagement.
• Track and analyze the performance of internal communications relating to content engagement effectiveness, including open rates, engagement metrics, and feedback.
• Prepare and present reports with insights and recommendations to optimize content engagement effectiveness based on analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal communication best practices and tools.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with various business stakeholders to ensure alignment with communication execution.
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Entry-level support staff with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in internal communications or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using email platforms and communication tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting communication metrics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in EST hours (8 AM - 5 PM).

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
