About Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Learning & Development Resource to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth execution of our learning programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in L&D principles, excellent coordination and time management skills, and a data-driven approach. Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus. Roles & Responsibility:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
Assign and track learning licenses, learning hours, and course completions within the LMS.
Manage user accounts, including onboarding new learners and offboarding departing employees.
Generate reports on learning progress, completion rates, and other key metrics.
Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide support to learners.
Learner Support & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing their queries and providing assistance related to training programs.
Communicate effectively with learners through various channels (email, phone, chat) to provide updates, reminders, and support.
Gather feedback from learners to identify areas for improvement in training programs.
Program Coordination & Logistics:
Coordinate the logistics of training programs, including scheduling sessions, booking venues (if applicable), arranging materials, and managing participant registrations.
Manage the day-to-day ground operations of training programs, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any on-site issues.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant attendance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and analyses data related to learning and development initiatives.
Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights to the L&D team.
Maintain data and reporting structures to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of L&D data.
Adherence to Timetables:
Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks and projects are completed within established deadlines.
Proactively communicate any potential delays or challenges to the Senior Manager, L&D.
AdTech Knowledge (Preferred):
Familiarity with the AdTech landscape, including key concepts, technologies, and trends, is a plus.
Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in human resources or a related Learning Diploma. (British Council, Dale Carnegie etc.)
2-4 years of experience in learning and development role.
Intermediate to Strong understanding of L&D principles and best practices.
Excellent coordination and time management skills.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
