Site Engineer

We are a leading real estate developer in North Bangalore looking for skilled engineers that can work in our team. The candidate will be responsible for Technical checks, site supervision, documentation of day-day activities, work-flow planning and communications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should have good technical knowledge and be able to read and execute the drawings
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and adherence to design specifications
• Knowledge of material inspection, supervising labour teams and overall site management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the construction process
• Manage resources effectively by efficiently allocating tasks among team members
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance by ensuring all work meets the required specifications and regulations
• Oversee construction projects on-site, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
