Junior Landscape Architect/Junior Architect

The successful applicants primary responsibility shall be to undertake integrative design co-ordination practices
and, to support team leader in Design Development to Site admin of projects.

Responsibilities:

Integrative Design Coordination: Collaborate with various design disciplines (e.g., architects, engineers) to ensure harmonious integration of landscape elements within overall project design.
Design Development: Assist the team leader in developing design concepts and refining them into detailed plans.
Site Administration: Provide support to the team leader in managing project administration tasks related to the site.
Required Skills and Qualities:

Landscape Architecture or Architecture Background: A solid foundation in landscape architecture or architecture principles.
Design Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) to create and visualize landscape plans.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve design challenges and conflicts.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in design deliverables.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Must possess software skills including Archi Cad, sketch up, Adobe CS (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign),Microsoft etc.; BIM, Revit added advantage
