RESPONSIBLE FOR :
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot,
and other technologies.
• Ensure applications are robust, reliable, and secure by integrating Spring Security
features.
• Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and offer technical guidance to improve code quality.
• Collaborate with the Technical Architect to understand project requirements and deliver
effective solutions.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Ensure application design aligns with business objectives and goals.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues.
• Optimize application performance for efficiency and speed.
• Produce detailed design documentation for microservices architecture.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for future growth.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with management, business owners, and other
stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Over 8+ years of experience in application development with Java
• Expertise in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Spring
• Proficient in working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud and integration experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of version control systems, including Git
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Solid grasp of Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Deep understanding and passion for software design, architecture, and usability
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
