Required a team player, who can lead a larger associates under him. Also, can give direction to rectify the issues on the spinning winding & packing area,

A person with sound mind and good analytical skill required.

• Yarn Breakage
• Uneven Yarn Thickness
• End Breakage in Winding
• Inconsistent Yarn Tension
• Lapper Formation on Rollers
• Cone Collapse or Soft Packages
• Yarn Hairiness
• High Waste Generation
• Yarn Contamination
• Inconsistent Yarn Twist
• Poor Yarn Package Shape 

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate having 3 to 5 yrs experience in spinning winding & packing section.
