Job Description
Performance Management:
- Prepare accurate and reliable financial reports to support decision-making.
- Deliver insightful performance analysis and key metrics for leadership discussions.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing profitability.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze monthly and quarterly actuals versus forecasts, identifying variances and suggesting improvements.
- Provide commentary and insights on performance trends to leadership teams.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in developing long-term financial plans and quarterly updates.
- Prepare and present financial plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaboration and Business Partnering:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and performance management support.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
System and Process Optimization:
- Utilize NetSuite , Excel, and other financial tools to streamline processes and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in FPA activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience: 3 4 years in FPA or related financial roles, with manufacturing industry exposure preferred.
- Expertise:
- Strong understanding and application of US GAAP .
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
