Role & responsibilities
Conduct inspections on incoming raw materials.
Verify the quality, batch information, and quantity of received raw materials.
Repack raw materials and finished goods based on sample requests.
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Monitor the production schedule to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
Maintain accurate production records, batch records, and documentation for Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Certificates of Analysis (COA), and invoices..
Keep daily sampling records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Oversee the monthly inventory check.
Provide daily work updates to management.
