Job Responsibilities are as follows:
Analysing and understanding the requirements of all the departments of theorganization.
Collecting resumes of the candidates for assigned positions from different sources.
Initial Screening of the candidates over the call.
Coordinating various tests for the relevant candidates as per the requirement of therespective position.
Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
Taking care of the joining formalities of the new joiners such as Joining Dockets.
Work with outside head-hunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent.
Recruiter qualifications and skills:
1-3 years recruiting experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of various job portals like Naukari, LinkedIn, Indeed.
