Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition:
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Manage job postings on portals, social media platforms, and internal channels.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Campus Hiring:
• Collaborate with colleges and universities to build a pipeline of fresh talent.
• Participate in campus recruitment drives and organize placement activities.
• Candidate Engagement:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Onboarding:
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Assist in documentation and background verification processes.
• HR Operations:
• Provide administrative support for HR processes and initiatives.
• Contribute to building a strong employer brand through engagement and communication.

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources (recent passout or final-year students eligible for immediate joining).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A keen interest in talent acquisition and HR processes.
• Basic understanding of recruitment platforms and tools (preferred).
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Location - Whitefield, Bangalore.
