Lead - HRBP

Role Summary:

As the Lead - HR Business Partner with a strong focus on employee engagement, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that enhance employee experience, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with leadership, HR teams, and employees to create initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Engagement Strategy: Implement and Execute innovative employee engagement programs and initiatives that align with business goals and enhance the employee experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand organizational needs and ensure compliance towards engagement strategies that support team cohesion, motivation, and productivity.
• Data Driven: Utilize reports to develop meaningful insights using tools like google sheet ,MS excel.
• Communication: Act as a liaison for employees and senior HRBPs, facilitating open communication, and ensuring that employee concerns are heard and addressed promptly.
• Talent Development: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team and implement programs for induction and onboarding.
• Recognition Programs: Manage recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and milestones, reinforcing a culture of appreciation and recognition.
• System and tools: Support and guide teams through the HRMS systems, policies and processes.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with legal requirements and align with company values, particularly in areas related to employee well-being and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee engagement, culture building, and HR business partnering.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Skills:
• Proven track record of implementing successful employee engagement programs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
