Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in AWS cloud platforms, including EC2, S3, and ECS.
- Experience with BDD and the Cucumber testing framework is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and maintainable code according to best practices.
- Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito frameworks.
- Implement and automate BDD (Behavior Driven Development) tests using the Cucumber framework.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud platforms, including EC2, S3, and ECS.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem.
