Project Consultant, Teacher Coach

• Coaching Support: Establish block-level instructional coaching systems to improve teaching practices.
  
• Relevant Learning Resources: Provide schools with practical, easy-to-implement pedagogical tools and content.
  
• Communities of Practice: Foster collaborative teacher networks to facilitate shared learning and growth.
  
• Data-Driven Approach: Collect and use meaningful data to inform decisions and actions at the block level.
  
• Co-building: Collaborate closely with BEO, BRC, DIET Faculty, and teachers to co-design and implement effective interventions .

What key goals will you focus on, aligned with our priorities?

• Support Schools: Provide classroom demonstrations, co-teaching, and resource-sharing across 25-30 schools in 9 clusters within the block.
  
• Facilitate Core-Group Workshops: Organize workshops for the core group to collaborate, address challenges, and highlight successes, all aligned with the blocks vision.
  
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly collect and analyze data to assess intervention effectiveness, and create detailed reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress, updates, and challenges.
  

• Design: Design required session plans, tools and resources for the ongoing program interventions.
