- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
- Create and edit content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns and the company website.
- Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.
- Write coherent copy that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides information across a wide variety of digital platforms.
- Write content that performs well in internet search results.
- Conduct ongoing research within your industry to stay up-to-date with trends.
- Write scripts and collaborate with graphic designers to create graphics and videos that support your written content.
- Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with each clients requirements and the companys brand image, products, and services.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
