Role & responsibilities
1) Maintain records and follow up on all stages start from contract to shipment delivery and payment completion.
2) Preparing production plans and lists to ensure timely production, considering factors such as check bags etc.
3) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and any issues that may arise.
4) Manage and maintain accurate records and data related to export & import,
5) Develop and implement effective filing and backup systems
6) Proactive and willing to take on all tasks and responsibilities assigned by senior.
Preferred candidate profile
1) Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and provide backup support
2) Flexible and willing to assist with a range of export and import tasks, including data entry, documentation, and compliance, as assigned by senior.
3) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented back office Executive to support our export & import record-keeping, ensuring a smooth & timely completion.
