The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and services necessary for the company s construction projects. This role involves negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining cost-effective inventory levels. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish terms of agreements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project schedules.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid delays in construction projects.

Qualifications
