Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Staff EDA Engineer to join the EDA team focused on JIRA and Perforce (or equivalent SCM) administration, IPLM (IP Lifecycle Management), developing framework and automation flows around it. Accountabilities:
Be technically proficient in one or more of the following areas:
Must have skills:
JIRA administration (on Prem or cloud) installation, configuration, customization and maintenance.
Perforce (or equivalent SCM) administration installation, configuration and maintenance.
Equivalent SCM tool like GitHub, Design Sync, etc.
Experience in IPLM.
Experience in tools like Docker, Confluence and JIRA integration, RDBMS (SQL).
Proficiency in Python, TCL and shell scripting.
Nice to have skills:
SharePoint online administration.
HW revision control and release tool management understanding.
Innovate around GenAI applications and productivity automation.
High level understanding of EDA tools.
Adopt best-in-class methodologies and improve Lattices capabilities where needed.
Develop strong relationships with worldwide teams.
Mentor and develop strong partners, colleagues, and employees.
Occasional travel as needed.
Required Skills
BS/MS/PhD Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer systems degree, or equivalent.
Around 10+ years of overall experience in SCM, JIRA, Docker, RDBMS, flow and automation.
Proficient in one or more programming languages like TCL, Perl, or Python.
Independent worker with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to work with multiple groups across different sites and time zones.
