Job Summary:
As a Salesperson specializing in VLSI / Semiconductor (R&D) Projects and Resource Augmentation services, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our cutting-edge solutions in the field of VLSI / Semiconductor.
Your primary focus will be on establishing and expanding client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Role & responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the domain of VLSI and Resource Augmentation.
Develop a strong understanding of client needs and industry trends to tailor solutions effectively.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose customized solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for client communication.
Technical Understanding:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of VLSI, R&D processes, and resource augmentation models.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to clients and address their concerns with confidence.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with technical teams to create detailed project proposals and service offerings.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our services.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine the sales approach accordingly.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Utilize research findings to enhance sales strategies and offerings.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or related discipline).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the field of VLSI / Semiconductor or technology solutions.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex R&D projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
